Fettkraft

Ultra-strong dispersion for drums

Fettkraft is an acoustic prism that makes component frequencies spread out in time.

It's a powerful, zero-latency dispersion effect tailored for processing percussion sounds, but it can also excel when applied to instruments with pronounced transients before their tonal/sustained phases.

It can coax out the powerful lows, the "oomphs" from beats/kicks, without boosting any of the lower frequencies - preserving the loudness of the signal while making it sound more energetic.

Powerful dispersion for the low- and lower midrange

Adapted from an ultra-strong dispersion modelling algorithm, Fettkraft can deliver high levels of dispersion without having to stack multiple plugin instances, unlike all-pass filter-based dispersers.

Unlike such heavily stacked configurations, when using Fettkraft, you no longer need to wrestle with side effects when you're looking for meaningful levels of low-mid dispersion.

Not only for drums; combine with other effects for deeper exploration

Fettkraft isn't for drums only - it can add a special layer of depth when used on plucked instruments (or those with a clear transient and sustained phase).
In addition, chaining further distortion/clipper or compressor/limiter effects after the plugin can bring out a new character from the inital sound.

Fit for a wide range of sounds and genres

The plugin was designed with more focus on practical production scenarios and less on far-out SFX design.

Fettkraft empowers more experimentation on various acoustic and electronic percussion sounds - say goodbye to overly strong "raygun" effects and multi-second sub-bass tails that usually limit uses outside specific niches.
